- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Minimum of 1 years of customer service experience, preferably in a professional setting.
- Typing speed of 50 WPM and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Preferred experience in plumbing or electrical field, call center, or customer service scheduling.
